We've all been there – and even with the best intentions, we understand that sometimes it isn't always possible to keep your appointment.
We also know you'll appreciate that appointments at Huddersfield Osteopathy are in high demand, so here's a few simple requests from the team – just in case the inevitable happens and that thing called life gets in your way of your plans...
We ask you to call us as soon as you know that you're not going to be able to keep your appointment, and that means letting us know at least 24 hours before.
We have a virtual receptionist service which is able to receive telephone cancellations and you can call this service on 01484 507808 at any time of the day or night.
What happens if you don't let us know?
If, for whatever reason, you miss your appointment without first giving us at least 24 hours notice, your appointment time slot will be lost, and with it the opportunity for another patient to benefit from that appointment time. Should this happen, we're sure you'll understand that a cancellation fee may, unfortunately, have to be applied to your file.
